Yes. All our shampoo chairs include a1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering electrical components, structure, and manufacturing defects under normal professional use.
Can I choose the leather color or finish?
Absolutely. Each chair ismade to orderand can be customized in theexact color you desire. You can choose from our available PU leather optionsor send us a reference color(via image, code, or swatch), and our manufacturers will match it as closely as possible. Your chair will be tailored to reflect your salon's unique style.
When will I get my order?
Custom production usually takes 7–12 business days after confirming your order and selected color.
Because each chair is made specifically for you, timing can vary slightly.
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How do I maintain or clean the chair over time?
We recommend cleaning the PU leather with a soft cloth and mild soap, avoiding alcohol or abrasive products. The ceramic basin and stainless steel frame can be wiped down with standard salon disinfectants. Regular maintenance will keep your chair in perfect condition for years.
Is the chair easy to install once delivered?
Yes, installation is easy with basic plumbing preparation.
The chair comes mostly pre-assembled. To complete the setup, your salon or room must have hot water, cold water, and drainage plumbing installed and ready. You’ll simply connect the three pipes (hot water, cold water, and drain) directly to the chair.
- The water inlet pipes are standard 1/2 inch
- Drain pipe connects from the basin to your floor drain
- Pipe length from wall to chair should allow at least 1.66 meters
- If water piping needs to be routed externally, make sure to reserve enough space for flexible hose placement
